Hawaiian offshore waters beyond 40 nautical miles out to 240
nautical miles including the portion of the Papahanaumokuakea
Marine National Monument east of French Frigate Shoals

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average height
of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be more than
twice the significant wave height.

.Synopsis for the Hawaiian offshore waters...
A weak high pressure ridge will remain over the eastern half of
the area through Wednesday. A cold front will move across the NW
waters Wednesday, then retreat back to the W on Thursday as a
trough. Scattered strong thunderstorms will be possible over W
waters Wednesday night and Thursday. High pressure builds back in
by Thursday afternoon.

of front, N to NW winds 10 to 20 kt. E of front SE to E winds 10
to 20 kt. Seas 6 to 10 ft, highest NW waters. Isolated to
scattered thunderstorms W of 159W.
.THURSDAY AND THURSDAY NIGHT...Front weakened to trough far NW
waters. NE winds 20 to 30 kt W of trough, E to SE winds 15 to 25
kt elsewhere. Seas 6 to 11 ft. scattered thunderstorms W of 160w.
.FRIDAY...E winds 15 to 25 kt. Seas 8 to 11 ft. Isolated
thunderstorms N of 24N.
.SATURDAY...E winds 10 to 20 kt. Seas 7 to 10 ft.
