Hawaiian offshore waters beyond 40 nautical miles out to 240
nautical miles including the portion of the Papahanaumokuakea
Marine National Monument east of French Frigate Shoals

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average height
of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be more than
twice the significant wave height.

.Synopsis for the Hawaiian offshore waters...
Tropical Storm Nolo continues a westward journey away from the
Hawaiian Offshore Waters this evening. There are no longer
tropical storm winds in the offshore waters, and therefore the
tropical storm warning was cancelled this evening.

Deeper unstable tropical moisture continues to ride up into the
western waters producing periods of showers through Thursday
morning. Easterly trade winds will build back in from Thursday
to Friday, decreasing cloud and shower trends through the
weekend.
