Hawaiian offshore waters beyond 40 nautical miles out to 240
nautical miles including the portion of the Papahanaumokuakea
Marine National Monument east of French Frigate Shoals

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average height
of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be more than
twice the significant wave height.

.Synopsis for the Hawaiian offshore waters...
High pressure will remain N of the area through Thursday and
drive fresh to strong trade winds, as well as rough elevated
seas. The high will move E and weaken Friday into the weekend,
leading to a decrease in winds and slightly calmer seas. A
disturbance passing south of the islands will bring isolated
thunderstorms to SE waters Friday through the weekend.
