Hawaiian offshore waters beyond 40 nautical miles out to 240
nautical miles including the portion of the Papahanaumokuakea
Marine National Monument east of French Frigate Shoals

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average height
of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be more than
twice the significant wave height.

.Synopsis for the Hawaiian offshore waters...
A surface ridge NE of the area will weaken today as a front
enters far NW waters and a weak briefly trough develops over
central waters. The front will stall over far NW waters tonight
then retreat N of the area on Wednesday as strong surface high
pressure passes N of the region. The high will move slowly to the
E through Saturday.

19N, E winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 5 to 7 ft. Isolated thunderstorms.
.TONIGHT...Front stalled over far NW waters. E winds 15 to 25 kt,
except 20 to 30 kt far NW waters along front. Seas 6 to 8 ft,
except seas 8 to 12 ft far NW waters. Isolated thunderstorms.
