594 FZHW60 PHFO 282109 OFFHFO Offshore Waters Forecast for Hawaii National Weather Service Honolulu HI 1109 AM HST Fri Nov 28 2025 Hawaiian offshore waters beyond 40 nautical miles out to 240 nautical miles including the portion of the Papahanaumokuakea Marine National Monument east of French Frigate Shoals Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Weak high pressure will remain across the waters for the next few days as a front quickly approaches from the NW. The front is expected to slow and weaken as it nears the far NW waters Sunday. Another front could approach the far NW waters by Tuesday.
