* WHAT...Light snow and freezing rain showers. Additional snow
  accumulations up to one inch. Light ice accumulations.

* WHERE...Big Island Summits.

* WHEN...Until noon HST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Rain showers today will transition to a
  wintry mix overnight as temperatures fall below freezing.
  Conditions should improve by late Tursday morning.
