.Synopsis For High Island to the Matagorda Ship Channel Out 60 NM
including Galveston and Matagorda Bays.

With a tightening pressure gradient, look for east and northeast winds
to increase and seas to build during the second half of the work week.
Water levels will also be running above normal due to the winds,
seas, and moon phase. Winds, seas, and tide levels will gradually
diminish this weekend. A more predominant onshore flow resumes
early next week.
