.Synopsis For High Island to the Matagorda Ship Channel Out 60 NM
including Galveston and Matagorda Bays.

Light to moderate east to northeast winds will continue through
Saturday. Water levels will be running above normal due in part
to the moon phase and existing easterly fetch. Marine weather
conditions will gradually improve through the weekend. A more
predominant onshore flow resumes Saturday evening and Sunday.
