GMZ300-190630- 1233 PM CDT Sat Oct 18 2025 .Synopsis For High Island to the Matagorda Ship Channel Out 60 NM including Galveston and Matagorda Bays. Southerly winds along with isolated showers will persist through tonight. A cold front pushes offshore prior to sunrise Sunday, bringing gusty north to northeast winds in its wake into Sunday afternoon. A Small Craft Advisory has been issued from Sunday morning through Sunday evening, primarily for the gusty winds though seas should also build to 4 to 7 feet. Winds gradually decrease late Sunday afternoon and night.
