.Synopsis For High Island to the Matagorda Ship Channel Out 60 NM
including Galveston and Matagorda Bays.

Small craft should exercise caution this evening through early
Wednesday morning due to the increasing southerly winds. Winds
are expected to lower by late Wednesday morning with light to
moderate onshore flow continuing through at least Friday. Though
water levels will gradually be recovering, northern parts of the
bays may see one more round of low water conditions around the
next low tide cycle this evening.
