Channel out 60 nautical miles including Galveston and Matagorda
Bays.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves...along with the occasional height of the
average highest 10 percent of the waves.

.Synopsis For High Island to the Matagorda Ship Channel Out 60 NM
including Galveston and Matagorda Bays.

Light to moderate onshore flow should continue through Thursday along
with Gulf seas of 2 to 4 feet. Occasionally higher seas have been
occurring farther offshore. As patchy fog develops inland for the
next couple of nights, some of that fog may drift across the
upper portions of the Bays during the late night to early morning
hours. A frontal boundary will bring an increased risk of showers
and thunderstorms Thursday through the weekend. The approaching
front could result in directionally variable winds on Saturday.
