Upper Texas coastal waters from High Island to the Matagorda Ship
Channel out 60 nautical miles including Galveston and Matagorda
Bays.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves...along with the occasional height of the
average highest 10 percent of the waves.

.Synopsis For High Island to the Matagorda Ship Channel Out 60 NM
including Galveston and Matagorda Bays.

Widely scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms will continue
through the morning hours as a weak coastal low slides through the
area. Patchy fog, reducing visibility down to around 1 nm at
times, will be possible through daybreak as well. As the trough
passes to our east in the afternoon, moderate to strong north to
northeasterly winds will develop and continue into Thursday night
with Small Craft Advisories in effect for all waters during this
timeframe. Isolated to scattered showers will persist through the
coastal waters Friday into Saturday, but then drier conditions
will prevail by the second half of the weekend.
