Channel out 60 nautical miles including Galveston and Matagorda
Bays.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves...along with the occasional height of the
average highest 10 percent of the waves.

.Synopsis For High Island to the Matagorda Ship Channel Out 60 NM
including Galveston and Matagorda Bays.

There will be increasing southeasterly to southerly winds through
tonight. Small craft should exercise caution this evening through
early Wednesday morning due to the increasing southerly winds.
The waters off of Matagorda Bay will be borderline Small Craft
Advisory criteria as winds may gust to 25 knots at times. If these
gusts become frequent enough, an upgrade to an Advisory may be
needed. Winds are expected to lower by late Wednesday morning
with light onshore flow continuing through at least Friday. Though
water levels will gradually be recovering, northern parts of the
bays may see one more round of low water conditions around the
next low tide cycle this evening.
