.Synopsis For High Island to the Matagorda Ship Channel Out 60 NM
including Galveston and Matagorda Bays.

A typical summer pattern is anticipated with onshore winds in the
8-15 kt range and 2-3 foot seas. Isolated to scattered showers and
storms will continue mainly across Galveston Bay through late this
afternoon. Rain chances are lower Tuesday through Thursday. NHC
will be monitoring the northeast and north central Gulf for any
tropical development later this week. Chances are currently around
30%. Mariners are advised to keep up with the latest forecasts.
