.Synopsis For High Island to the Matagorda Ship Channel Out 60 NM
including Galveston and Matagorda Bays.

Winds will be light out of the northeast, turning around to a
light southeasterly direction by this evening. Water levels will
be running above normal due in part to the moon phase and existing
easterly fetch. A more prevailing onshore will is expected next
week.
