Bays.

average highest 10 percent of the waves.

.Synopsis For High Island to the Matagorda Ship Channel Out 60 NM
including Galveston and Matagorda Bays.

Light to moderate onshore flow should continue through the weekend
night with Gulf seas of 2 to 4 feet. Isolated to widely scattered
showers are possible through Thursday, with a better chance of
scattered showers and storms on Friday and Saturday as a weakening
frontal boundary approaches. Winds on Saturday may become lighter
and more variable as the front makes its closest approach then
stalls just inland. An increasing onshore flow resumes later in
the weekend as the front washes out and pressures fall to our west.
