.Synopsis For High Island to the Matagorda Ship Channel Out 60 NM
including Galveston and Matagorda Bays.

Light to occasionally moderate east to southeasterly winds will
prevail through Wednesday. A coastal trough is forecast to develop
Wednesday night bringing periods of rain and isolated storms
through Thursday. Should there be any extended breaks in the rain,
which appears fairly unlikely, some sea fog development is a
possibility. As the trough passes to our east Thursday afternoon,
moderate to strong north to northeasterly winds will develop and
continue into Friday. Some upper level disturbances will continue
to pass overhead Thursday night through Friday night keeping rain
chances in the forecast before clearing out on Saturday.
