Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest 1/3 of the waves...along with the occasional height of the average highest 10 percent of the waves. GMZ300-240615- 1158 AM CST Sun Nov 23 2025 .Synopsis For High Island to the Matagorda Ship Channel Out 60 NM including Galveston and Matagorda Bays. Winds will swing back around to the southeast during the day, followed by increasing speeds and building seas into Monday night. Caution flags may be needed. The next weather system will bring shower and thunderstorm chances back to the region Monday night into early Tuesday. Rain chances start to taper off Tuesday afternoon or evening depending on when the cold front moves off the coast.
