  Navasota River near Normangee affecting Brazos, Grimes and
  Madison Counties.

  Trinity River at Riverside affecting Trinity, Walker, San Jacinto
  and Polk Counties.

  Trinity River at Liberty affecting Liberty County.

  Trinity River near Moss Bluff affecting Chambers and Liberty
  Counties.

...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in Texas...

  San Bernard River near Sweeny affecting Brazoria County.

  San Bernard River near Boling affecting Brazoria, Fort Bend and
  Wharton Counties.

For the Trinity River...including Crockett, Riverside, Moss Bluff,
Liberty...Moderate flooding is forecast.
For the Navasota River...including Normangee...Moderate flooding is
forecast.
For the San Bernard River...including Sweeny, Boling...Minor
flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law
enforcement and request they pass this information to the National
Weather Service when you can do so safely.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

* IMPACTS...At 7.5 feet, Lazy G RV Boat Ramp takes on water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:45 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 7.8 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 5.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 7:45 AM CDT Sunday was 10.1 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    just after midnight tonight and continue falling to 1.0 feet
    Friday morning.
  - Flood stage is 7.0 feet.

* WHAT...Major flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
  forecast.

* WHERE...Navasota River near Normangee.

* WHEN...Until Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Major lowland flooding begins with massive
  inundation of the floodplain as the river is close to 2 miles wide
  and OSR become inundated one half mile on the right bank and 1.5
  miles on the left bank.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:00 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 20.5 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 12.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 7:00 AM CDT Sunday was 21.6 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    Tuesday evening and continue falling to 13.7 feet Friday
    morning.
  - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    20.5 feet on 01/31/1999.

* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding begins upstream
  from gage. Minor backwater flooding up Peach Creek in Wharton
  County threatens low-lying areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:15 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 19.9 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 14.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 7:15 AM CDT Sunday was 20.9 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    late this afternoon and continue falling to 7.1 feet Friday
    morning.
  - Flood stage is 18.0 feet.

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
  forecast.

* WHERE...Trinity River at Riverside.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 136.8 feet, Moderate lowland flooding continues as
  the approaches to the FM 3478 bridge upstream of the gage are
  inundated and impassable. The lowest homes in the Green Rich
  Shores Subdivision are flooded with up to one half foot of water.
  Thomas Lake Road remains flooded and the lowest roads into
  properties off FM 980 northwest of Riverside are inundated and
  impassable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:30 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 136.1 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 133.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 7:30 AM CDT Sunday was 136.1 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to remain steady above flood
    stage at 136.2 feet.
  - Flood stage is 133.5 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    136.7 feet on 03/21/2016.

  - At 7:15 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 26.2 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 21.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 7:15 AM CDT Sunday was 26.2 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to 27.4 feet early
    Thursday afternoon. Additional rises are possible thereafter.
  - Flood stage is 26.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
