  Trinity River near Crockett affecting Houston, Walker, Madison
  and Trinity Counties.

  Trinity River at Riverside affecting Trinity, San Jacinto, Walker
  and Polk Counties.

  Trinity River at Liberty affecting Liberty County.

  Trinity River near Moss Bluff affecting Chambers and Liberty
  Counties.

...The Flood Warning is cancelled for the following rivers in
Texas...

  San Bernard River near Sweeny affecting Brazoria County.

For the Trinity River...including Crockett, Riverside, Romayor,
Goodrich, Moss Bluff, Liberty...Moderate flooding is forecast.
For the Navasota River...including Normangee...Moderate flooding is
forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
  forecast.

* WHERE...Navasota River near Normangee.

* WHEN...Until early Wednesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Major lowland flooding begins with massive
  inundation of the floodplain as the river is close to 2 miles wide
  and OSR become inundated one half mile on the right bank and 1.5
  miles on the left bank.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:00 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 19.0 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 12.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:00 PM CDT Sunday was 21.5 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    early Wednesday morning and continue falling to 12.6 feet
    Friday evening.
  - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    19.0 feet on 01/09/1998.

* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding begins upstream
  from gage. Minor backwater flooding up Peach Creek in Wharton
  County threatens low-lying areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:15 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 18.6 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 14.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 7:15 PM CDT Sunday was 20.3 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    late this evening and continue falling to 6.8 feet Friday
    evening.
  - Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of

  forecast.

* WHERE...Trinity River near Crockett.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 45.0 feet, Moderate lowland flooding begins in the
  vicinity of the gage impacting livestock grazing and prison farms.
  In past floods, problems occurred from the Highway 7 bridge
  downstream to Highway 21 bridge due to high flows in the backwater
  of Lake Livingston.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:45 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 43.5 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 35.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 7:45 PM CDT Sunday was 43.5 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 45.8
    feet Thursday morning.
  - Flood stage is 41.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    45.8 feet on 05/17/1995.

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
  forecast.

* WHERE...Trinity River at Riverside.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 136.8 feet, Moderate lowland flooding continues as
  the approaches to the FM 3478 bridge upstream of the gage are
  inundated and impassable. The lowest homes in the Green Rich
  Shores Subdivision are flooded with up to one half foot of water.
  Thomas Lake Road remains flooded and the lowest roads into
  properties off FM 980 northwest of Riverside are inundated and
  impassable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:30 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 136.2 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 132.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 7:30 PM CDT Sunday was 136.3 feet.
  - Forecast...Additional rises are possible during the next
    several days.
  - Flood stage is 133.5 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    136.7 feet on 03/21/2016.

  residents in 5 or 6 subdivisions cut off if not evacuated.

  - Bankfull stage is 21.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 7:15 PM CDT Sunday was 26.4 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to 27.6 feet Friday
    evening. Additional rises are possible thereafter.
  - Flood stage is 26.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    27.7 feet on 03/16/1997.
