.DISCUSSION...
Winds this morning are in the process of veering around to be
more southeasterly and increasing in strength. Gusts above 20 mph
are possible at times this afternoon. With the return of Gulf
moisture, relative humidities will trend upward and chances of
some isolated to scattered light rain re-enter the forecast
overnight. They will continue to rise on Saturday in advance of a
cold front that will be pushing into the area Saturday evening,
pushing off the coast in Sunday`s pre-dawn hours. Showers and
thunderstorms are expected, a few of which could be strong. Behind
the front, north winds will increase to 15-25mph. An upper level
disturbance will move through Sunday night and Monday, bringing
another shot of some cold rain.
