.DISCUSSION...
Drier air moving into the region will lead to very low rain
chances through Thursday morning. However, a surge in moisture
from the east will lead to increased rain chances late Thursday
through Friday. Afternoon minimum RH values will generally be in
the 45 to 55 percent range through Thursday inland with values
near 60 along the coast. Humidities are expected to rise by the
end of the week thanks to the surge in moisture from the east.
