.DISCUSSION...
A drier airmass has filtered in from the north and will remain in
control through the day, which will allow afternoon minimum RH
values to lower into the upper 20s and 30s inland and in the 40s
at the coast. Winds will remain light and somewhat variable, but
become more southerly tonight. This will stop the
influx of drier air, and begin to bring some humidity back
Friday. The effects will be quite modest well inland, with
minimum RH values only creeping back above 40 percent. The
impacts at the coast will be more noticeable, pushing afternoon
values back up over 50 percent at their lowest. Patchy fog cannot
be ruled out early Friday morning.
