.DISCUSSION...
The morning will again begin with a mixture of fog and low clouds
that will gradually improve through the morning, with clouds
lifting and partially breaking up by late morning. Unseasonably
warm temperatures and high RH will continue today. Afternoon
minimum relative humidity values of around 60-70 percent are
expected, with the higher values near the coast and lower values
farther inland. There may be an isolated, very light shower about
the area this afternoon, but this will very much be the exception
to what most experience. Chances of late night and early morning
patchy fog and low clouds will return tonight as well. Increasing
rain chances late Thursday into Friday will arrive with the
passage of a weakening cold front.
