Today will be another very dry day across the area, though a decrease in winds will moderate the fire environment somewhat. Fires will still be likely to ignite easily, especially in fine fuels that are especially responsive to dry environments. Weaker winds should make any new fires less likely to spread rapidly. Winds are expected to remain light tonight into Friday, allowing for continued dry conditions into Friday as well. RHs will be similarly low tomorrow afternoon. We will begin to see some gradual improvement to moisture into the weekend once onshore winds resume ahead of our next cold front this weekend. Some isolated showers and storms can be expected along this front, though the amount of coverage and rain will depend on how much moisture can return to the area before the front arrives. .REST OF TODAY...
