  Coastal waters from High Island to Freeport TX out 20 NM...
  Galveston Bay...

At 509 PM CDT, emergency management reported showers that are
producing brief funnel clouds. These showers were located over
Offatts Bayou, or near Galveston Causeway, moving northwest at 5
knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

These showers could produce waterspouts and pose a serious hazard
for boaters. A special marine warning may eventually be required.
Boaters should consider heading for shore before this shower arrives.
