For the following areas...
Coastal waters from High Island to Freeport TX out 20 NM...
Waters from Freeport to Matagorda Ship Channel TX from 20 to 60 NM...
Waters from High Island to Freeport TX from 20 to 60 NM...

At 1153 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing waterspouts
were located along a line extending from High Island 63 to near High
Island A61 to 10 nm southwest of Galveston 424, moving east at 15
knots.

HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts to 40 knots. Locally higher
         gusts possible.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
         hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
         higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

Galveston 424, High Island A109, High Island 157, High Island A131,
High Island 63, High Island A410, High Island A179, Brazos B133,
