  Coastal waters from Freeport to Matagorda Ship Channel TX out 20
  NM...
  Matagorda Bay...
  Waters from Freeport to Matagorda Ship Channel TX from 20 to 60
  NM...

At 920 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable
of producing winds to around 30 knots. These thunderstorms were
located along a line extending from 12 nm north of Brazos 400 to 6 nm
west of Matagorda Jetty to near Port Lavaca, moving south at 15
knots.

Strong thunderstorms will be near...
  Matagorda Jetty and East
  Matagorda Bay around 925 PM CDT.
  Matagorda Ship Channel around 945 PM CDT.
  Brazos 400 and Brazos 439 around 950 PM CDT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until these storms pass.
