  possible and seas 4 to 7 ft expected.

* WHERE...Portions of Gulf of America.

* WHEN...From 3 AM Thursday to 10 AM CDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A brief lull in winds is anticipated late
  Thursday afternoon, but should pick back up overnight into early
  Friday morning.
