* WHEN...For the Low Water Advisory, until midnight CST Monday
  night. For the Small Craft Advisory, until 6 AM CST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. Below
  normal water levels will result in hazardous navigating
  conditions.
