...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 3 AM WEDNESDAY TO AT LEAST
MIDNIGHT CST WEDNESDAY NIGHT...

* WHAT...Northeast winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt and
  seas 4 to 7 ft...occasionally to 9 ft expected.

* WHERE...Coastal Gulf Waters.

* WHEN...From 3 AM Wednesday to at least midnight CST Wednesday
  night.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Depending on how quickly winds and seas
  subside, this advisory may need to be extended for portions of
  the Gulf farther offshore.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.
