* At 1244 PM CDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Deer Park
  and Upper San Jacinto Bay, moving northeast at 5 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots and small hail.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Upper San Jacinto Bay, Mitchell Bay, Scott Bay, Black Duck Bay,
  Tabbs Bay, Crystal Bay, Burnet Bay, and northwestern Galveston Bay.
