* Special Marine Warning for...
  Waters from Freeport to Matagorda Ship Channel TX from 20 to 60
  NM...

* Until 1015 PM CDT.

* At 956 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing
  waterspouts was located near Galveston A250, moving southeast at 30
  knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts, wind gusts 34 knots or greater, and small
           hail.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Galveston A250 and Galveston A196.

Move to safe harbor until hazardous weather passes.
