  Waters from High Island to Freeport TX from 20 to 60 NM...

* Until 945 AM CDT.

* At 849 AM CDT, a cluster of severe thunderstorms capable of
  producing waterspouts was located over Tabs Buoy B, moving
  northeast at 15 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 35 to 45 knots. Locally up to
           50 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  West Bay, Tabs Buoy B, Galveston 317, Galveston 256, Drum Bay,
  Offatts Bayou, Galveston 221, Galveston 282, San Luis Pass,
  Galveston Causeway, Surfside Jetty, Bastrop Bay, Christmas Bay, The
  Texas City Dike, Galveston Ship Channel, and southern Galveston
  Bay.

Move to safe harbor until hazardous weather passes.

Thunderstorms can produce sudden waterspouts. Waterspouts can easily
overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Seek safe harbor
immediately.
