  Waters from Freeport to Matagorda Ship Channel TX from 20 to 60

  Waters from High Island to Freeport TX from 20 to 60 NM...

* Until 845 PM CDT.

* At 709 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing
  waterspouts were located along a line extending from near Rollover
  Pass to near Matagorda Jetty, moving southeast at 35 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.
