...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN GALVESTON...
SOUTHEASTERN FORT BEND...WEST CENTRAL CHAMBERS...NORTHEASTERN
BRAZORIA AND SOUTHEASTERN HARRIS COUNTIES THROUGH 730 PM CDT...

At 703 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Barrett to near Thompsons. Movement was
southeast at around 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Pasadena, Pearland, League City, Baytown, Missouri City, Friendswood,
La Porte, Deer Park, Alvin, South Houston, Santa Fe, Seabrook, Galena
Park, Jacinto City, Webster, Manvel, Beach City, Kemah, Cloverleaf,
and Fresno.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

These storms may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.
