* At 429 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Kennard, or
  11 miles northwest of Apple Springs, moving northwest at around 20
  mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
