Valid 00Z Tue 25 Nov 2025 - 00Z Tue 2 Dec 2025

A col will exist within the main subtropical ridge axis to the
north of Hawaii through the beginning of the week as a frontal
boundary reaches down to about 30 degrees north. This will aid to
weaken the low level winds a little with perhaps some veering to
the ESE. The typical trade wind based showers can be expected most
days through Thanksgiving.

Looking ahead to next weekend, the ensemble means are indicating
the approach of a relatively strong cold front extending south
from a well organized low pressure center near 40 degrees north.
The prospects for heavier rainfall exist across the northwestern
Islands by Saturday, with northerly winds for areas behind the
front, and southeasterly flow ahead of it. High pressure then
builds back in north of the Islands by next Monday.
