.Synopsis for Hawaiian coastal waters...
Fresh to locally strong trades will weaken to moderate to locally
fresh as a high pressure system northeast of the state will
drifts east and weaken through Saturday. A new high will build
north of the state Sunday strengthening trades back to moderate to
locally strong briefly. A trough will develop northwest of the
state Monday through Tuesday veering winds to east southeast and
weakening speeds to variable to moderate strength.
