.Synopsis for Hawaiian coastal waters...
 A cold front will approach the coastal waters near Kauai Sunday
into Monday and will bring fresh to strong northeasterly winds in
its wake, along with thunderstorms across the northwestern
waters. Moderate to locally fresh easterly trade winds are
expected to return Monday into Tuesday.
