.Synopsis for Hawaiian coastal waters...
 Trade winds will increase into the fresh to locally near gale
range today as a stalling front northwest of Kauai weakens and
robust surface high pressure builds far north of the state.
Trades will ease to moderate to locally fresh strength late
Thursday and Friday as the high moves off to the east. Another
approaching front is expected to lower winds during the weekend.
