.Synopsis for Hawaiian coastal waters...
A cold front and low pressure system passing just north of the
island chain will weaken the trade winds through Wednesday. A
light wind regime with expanding near shore land and sea breezes
are expected from Thursday through the end of the week. The cold
front will move into the northwestern Hawaiian Islands from
Thursday night into Friday supported by an upper level trough.

Hawaiian waters within 40 nautical miles including the channels-


.REST OF TONIGHT...East northeast winds 15 to 20 knots. Seas 6 to 8 feet.
Wave Detail: Northwest 7 feet at 13 seconds and east 4 feet at
8 seconds. Isolated showers.
.WEDNESDAY THROUGH THURSDAY...East winds 10 to 20 knots. Seas 5
to 7 feet. Wave Detail: Northwest 4 to 6 feet at 12 seconds and
east 3 to 4 feet at 7 seconds. Isolated showers, becoming
scattered Thursday.
.THURSDAY NIGHT AND FRIDAY...Northwest winds 10 to 15 knots. Seas
6 to 9 feet, building to 9 to 12 feet Friday. Scattered showers with
isolated thunderstorms.
.FRIDAY NIGHT AND SATURDAY...North winds 10 to 15 knots, becoming
northeast 15 to 20 knots Saturday. Seas 8 to 10 feet. Scattered
showers.
.SUNDAY...East northeast winds 20 to 25 knots. Seas 7 to 10 feet.
Isolated showers.
