.Synopsis for Hawaiian coastal waters...
A weakening cold front will stall over the Kauai Channel tonight
then dissipate Friday. Strong trade winds will rebuild across the
state Friday and Saturday. A large, long period northerly swell
will build this weekend, elevating seas and possibly generating
harbor surges along north facing harbors.

.REST OF TONIGHT...Around Kauai, east northeast winds 15 to 20
knots. Elsewhere, East southeast winds 5 to 15 knots. Seas 5 to 8
feet. Wave Detail:East 4 feet at 7 seconds and north northwest
swell 4 feet 10 seconds. Hazy. Scattered showers.
.FRIDAY...Around Kauai, east northeast winds 20 to 25 knots.
Elsewhere, east to southeast winds 15 to 20 knots. Seas 7 to 10
feet. Wave Detail:East 5 feet at 6 seconds and north northwest 5
feet at 13 seconds. Hazy. Scattered showers.
.FRIDAY NIGHT...East northeast winds 15 to 20 knots. Seas 8 to
11 feet. Wave Detail: North northwest 7 feet at 13 seconds and
east 5 feet at 6 seconds. Hazy. Scattered showers.
.SATURDAY...East northeast winds 15 to 25 knots. Seas 10 to
14 feet. Wave Detail: North northwest 10 feet at 16 seconds and
east 5 feet at 6 seconds. Scattered showers.
