.Synopsis for Hawaiian coastal waters...
 A trough north of Hawaii will weaken Tuesday night with trade
winds building in for the rest of the week. An upper low will
also track over the islands beginning around Tuesday night
resulting in possible thunderstorms Wednesday through Friday.
