Generalized Statewide Coastal Waters Forecast for Hawaii
National Weather Service Honolulu HI
400 AM HST Tue Oct 7 2025

.Synopsis for Hawaiian coastal waters...
A surface trough will slowly drift west over the coastal waters
through the end of this week. This should help weaken the trades
and veer flow out of the south or southeast. By this weekend,
high pressure will build far northeast of the state and bring a
return to more typical easterly trades.
