including the following areas, Kern River Valley, Piute Walker
Basin, South End Sierra Foothills and South End of the Lower Sierra.

The flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flood Watch will
expire at 10 PM PST this evening.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...A portion of central California, including the following
  areas, Kern River Valley, Piute Walker Basin, South End Sierra

* WHEN...Through Sunday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
