...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 11 AM PDT THIS MORNING THROUGH
WEDNESDAY EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...A portion of central California, including the following
  areas, Grant Grove Area, Indian Wells Valley, Kaiser to Rodgers
  Ridge, Kern River Valley, Kings Canyon NP, Mojave Desert, Mojave
  Desert Slopes, Piute Walker Basin, Sequoia NP, South End of the
  Upper Sierra and Tehachapi.

* WHEN...From 11 AM PDT this morning through Wednesday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water
  crossings may be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Any slow moving thunderstorms will create heavy rainfall at
    times with long periods of rain.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.
