.DISCUSSION...
An elevated fire risk for the Kern County Mountains and Desert,
West Side Hills, and San Joaquin Valley has resulted in the
issuance of a Red Flag Warning for these areas through noon.
Temperatures will begin increasing through the week and we will
again see triple digits in the Valley by Friday. Humidity
recovery will only rise to moderate levels after the Red Flag
event along with light terrain driven winds.
