.DISCUSSION...
Cooling trend in temperatures starting on Tuesday. Some mid
level tropical moisture will provide for a slight chance of
thunderstorms over the higher Sierra Nevada today and Tuesday.
Moderate to locally poor humidity recovery is expected during
the period. Winds will remain light and diurnally driven
through Wednesday then pick up later in the week as a
system moving through the Pacific Northwest brings a more
pronounced onshore flow across central CA.
