.DISCUSSION...
Precipitation begins late Monday afternoon and continues into Tuesday
afternoon, and a Flood Watch is in effect from 5 PM Monday until 5 PM
Tuesday for elevations up to 6,000 feet. Snowfall is forecast for
elevations above 7,000 feet Monday evening and lowers to 6,000 feet
by early Tuesday morning. Snow above 6,000 feet will occur from
around 5 AM Tuesday morning until Tuesday evening. Several inches
to over one foot of snow is expected from Monday evening until
Tuesday evening for this location. A 20 percent chance of
thunderstorms exists late tonight until late Tuesday afternoon
with heavy precipitation, dangerous lightning, as well as gusty
and erratic winds. Light showers will continue Tuesday evening
into early Wednesday morning.

                    thunderstorms after midnight. Precipitation
